The ILG project team immersed themselves in the software becoming subject matter experts. The web-based eLearning training sessions provide an overview of the process, highlight the differences between the old and new systems, and a deep dive into each of the system features. In addition, the client requested just in time training tools (User Guide and Quick Reference Job Aids).
